Shipping & Returns
Caro Skin Care uses the United States Postal Service to ship packages. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday only, excluding federal holidays in the United States. If a signature waiver is in place, Caro Skin Care cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen packages.
Returns & Exchanges
Products may be returned within 30 days for a full refund, provided they have not been opened and/or used. For products returned within 90 days, a 20% restocking fee (per item) will be charged to the customer. There will be no returns accepted without a return authorization. If products have been opened and used, it is mandatory to speak with an esthetician before a return authorization can be obtained for your products. Please call 985-262-SKIN (7546) to speak with an esthetician.
As always, if any stinging or burning is experienced with any product(s), wash off immediately and contact an esthetician for instructions.
